My first impression of Ukriane was a night in a four decked boat hotel on the River Dnipro. It faces a nudist beach on the stern side and Mother Motherland monument from the bow. The hotel was a splendid introduction to the city given how the Dnipro forms the main artery of the city. I had breakfast on starboard overlooking the passing boats.
