Gaslight coffee roasters is the ultimate hipster spot. The coffee is a bit more expensive here, but it’s delicious. The servers are friendly (and have handlebar mustaches, just for the win) and their pastries are good. Sit near the back at a big co-working table, or try one of the smaller tables near the front.
