The National Pantheon of the Heroes is a beautiful building located in the downtown area of Asunción. This special building houses heroes of Paraguayan history, including the 1st president, his son (a general in the triple alliance war), José Félix Estigarribia (hero & winner of the Chaco war against Bolivia) and others such as child martyrs and unknown soldiers.
