Deep Fried Octopus Tentacles
Some like them ‘crawling’ on their plates, while others are grilled. In Hong Kong, they are often deep fried. Crunchy and salty, pick a tentacle (or two) to get a taste of its texture. Some might describe it a bit gummy. Yet they remain delicious. You may be able to find them sold at stalls that are sold at very low prices.
