The Practice- when I first heard the name of this yoga studio, I was under the impression that this might relate to vinyasa yoga. After all, ashtangis are more inclined to weld this term around. I was wrong however, and found out that this studio focused much on hatha and tantra practice. The place is cozy and seems to have a systemic methodology. Best of all, it is much more accessible within Batu Bolong center! #yoga #yogastudio #healthy
