Shan Dong Dumpling House is ran by a mid aged lady from Tsingtao, China. With that said, her dumplings are full of traditional flavours from northern China. Her signature include the black octopus dumplings and the sour vegetable pork dumplings. Northern China also love to incorporate lamb into their dumplings, which is also served at Shan Dong Dumpling House. The dumpling house becomes extremely crowded during lunch time due to it’s narrow space. It’s also best to avoid visiting during lunch time!
