On a cool, misty morning, I wandered the grounds of Castillo Ferrer. I was greeted by Christian, a born and raised Guadalupe Valley-ian who was full of wine knowledge. As I sipped through the five wine flight, he told me about the wine history and culture that he was raised in. I was taken back by our delightful chat and was especially taken by Castillo Ferrer’s Syrah.
