Considered one of the best archipelagos in the world, The San Blas Islanda in the Caribbean side is the best place to visit in Panama. The islands are home to the Kuna (Guna) Yuna Tribe and nobody else can live on or own the islands. Many of the islands have no or less than 20 inhabitants.
