It's hard to believe that the Kiev Funicular has been in operation for over 100 years. Its prominent entrance located in a leafy enclave of the Podil district is unmissable. The 3-minute journey up to the top of Volodymyrska Hill will allow you to overlook some of the cities skyline and river below.
