This the newest #cafe in town. There are 10,000 people here and we have about a dozen cafes. It's pretty insane. It's run by the same family that puts on the Shambhala EDM festival, in the Savoy Hotel they own, which also has a brew pub and live music lounge, and a nightclub called Bloom. It's done in kind of a cafeteria style where you pick your own food and put it on your tray. Most of the food and ingredients is farm fresh as the name implies, grown on their own farm in nearby Salmo. If it's not they try to source other locally grown and produced food.
