Camping in the Baja while enjoying the perks of a super fancy hotel, is the best of both world. That’s what it’s like to camp at Hotel Tripui, near Puerto Escondido. With marvelous mountain views and plenty of shade, I spent all my time pool side. At dinner time, I walked across the pool and up the step to the outdoor fine dining restaurant. Locals drive out to the Hotel just for the food, it’s that delicious.
