The iconic stone chariot of Hampi is set at the Vitthala temple. The pillars in the main hall are supposed to emit musical notes when tapped, although tapping them now is banned, thanks to overenthusiastic visitors who keep banging on them. The 100 pillars hall and the wedding hall are also in the premises.
