Sicily is famous for granita, and supposedly the best place for it in Taormina is Bam Bar. The only downfall for me was that not all flavours on the menu are available year round, they seem to change depending on season and write their flavours of the day on a board inside. Nevertheless I tried almond and chocolate one day, and nutella and white chocolate the next - both were amazing! Served with fresh, warm brioche to dunk. #sicily #food #sweettooth
