This is my favorite ramen in Japan after living there for five years!!! One of the Shinjuku branches of this awesome ramen chain from Fukuoka prefecture. There will probably be a line but the ramen is worth it! Customize your ramen in terms of noodle thickness, fat content, spice level, green onions, pork slices, etc. Pay by vending machine, then give your completed order form and ticket to the staff. Individual seats with walls to separate you from other customers. You can also pour your own cups of water in each stall. Still hungry?
