Okonomiyaki KYOYA
Best "Okonomiyaki" (Japanese grilled cabbage pancake) ever encountered in Tokyo, as a native Japanese. It's a family-run hidden-gem kind of place with limited space so it's advisable to call ahead to reserve a table (phone number in the photo). For those of you for the first time, I realize how unattractive "cabbage pancake" might sound, but it's really good. Seafood pancake served with just salt (Named "Yaegakihime") is an eye opener even for natives. Otherwise, try their seasonal fried noodles, plum flavor in summer time and sesame flavor in winter. I always want to take my non-Japanese friends there to introduce authentic cuisine aside from the usual Sushi / Tempura / Yakitori cliche.
