Falls City Brewing Company was founded in Louisville over 100 years ago, even staying open through Prohibition. After closing its doors for over 30 years, the brewery opened back up in 2010. With a rich history and a couple of solid classics, Falls City is a Louisville brewery staple. Falls City doesn’t tout itself as a microbrewery and has a cool but unpretentious space in the Phoenix Hill area. They don’t sell any food but often host food trucks.
