St Mary’s basilica is in the main square. It dates back to the 13th century and is exceptionally beautiful, inside and out. Interior is very colourful and ornate, unfortunately no pictures allowed. We were short on time but I think it would be worth taking the trip up to the top of the tower! #history #basilica
