Emblematic building constructed by the austro Hungarian empire in 1896, and reconstructed after the balkans war. It has an interesting mixed arquitecture, combining Spanish and Arabic styles. Now is site of the national library. Is very close to the Bascarsija (old town). #cityhall #architecture #history
