For most this is perhaps the most picturesque building in downtown Almaty. The bolt yellows and blues are unmissable as you amble through Panfilov Park. Take a blue sky, sharp camera and good idea and you have the perfect ingredients for a picture postcard photograph. The structure is made entirely out of wood.
