City Library at the Mailänder Platz
Finished in 2011 and designed by Eun Young Yi this modern marvel would be a shame to miss on any visit to Stuttgart. Besides other buildings, the architect draws inspiration from the Pantheon in Rome and the National Library of France in Paris. Its fourty-four metre square floor space and fourty-metre high structure is split into eleven floors and attracts over two million visitors annually.
The place is free to enter and affords time to peruse and take selfies.
