A local sommelier in the valley recommended that I hit up his fav restaurant in the area, the food truck at Adobe Guadalupe, and that I must try the roasted potatoes. I was so glad I did. I had the potatoes along with sautéed mushrooms and garlic shrimp and couldn’t decide which I liked the best. Potatoes, mushrooms, shrimp? But decided that the spice from the chilies with the heat of the garlic and the boldness of the olive oil just worked magic on the earthy potatoes! Sitting outside in the vineyards courtyard overlooking boulder filled mountains, eating food that was spot on and drinking wine that was paired perfectly is what I call heaven on earth. #foodtruck #guadeloupevalley #views
