Crane beach is my favourite beach on the north shore! Definitely a great stop on a summer vacation! It is so beautiful and clean. The views are great and it’s surrounded by a nature reserve and estate. You can also park at the crane estate, with rolling hills and giant checkers/chess and walk down to a different (often quieter!) section of the beach; which I like to do with the kids I nanny for. The beach itself is huge so even when it’s busy you don’t feel crowded. Parking is $25 for the day. You can bring your own picnic or buy something at the little beach huts. Tip: this area does get green-heads so bug spray is advisable! #beach #views #estate
