I was accosted by this girl carrying a tonne of jewellery and beads on her head south side of Lac Rose. She seemed to take a shine to me evident by the bracelet she offered me for free. Ensuing this unexpected behaviour she almost demanded I take her picture and went about following me down the shore of Lac Rose. The serene stillness of the water are quite contrary to the amount of attention foreigners might attract from natives of the region. None however are overly pushy or unwelcoming but simply there earn an honest crust. A swift couple of no's often suffice should you not wish to avail relaxing boat trips or adventurous four by four jeep tours in and around the lake. #views #swimming #gifts #market
