Knowing where to go for authentic fish 'n' chips in a place of such choice London beholds is by no means easy. Hobson's however fits the bill. The classic fish 'n' chips give the taste and texture of everything that exemplifies this dish. The chips are lightly cripsy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the fish the meaty cod was very well cooked and wholesome. The batter could not have been crunchier either. I went for the steak and kidney pie which was extremely satisfying yet not heavy or mean in portion size.
