Siu Mai
When you’re hungry and want to appease your cravings yet not wanting to be too full before a meal, get some siu mai! They’re wrapped in bright yellow with fillings that are either pork-filled, or in some cases, there’s fish meat inside. They are placed in steamed containers and doused in soy sauce and chili sauce (optional). Best to get them in the morning since they’re freshly-made. They can be paired with a small dish of noddles or eaten solely by their own. Tip: Some dim sum restaurants are Michelin-star approved and offer these delicious food! #cheap-eats #snack #restaurants
