This beautiful property, built in 1658, contains a plantation house, museum and rum distillery. The Jacobean mansion is one of only 3 genuine Jacobean mansions in the Western Hemisphere. Now on to tje more important part - rum! Open from Sunday to Friday, St. Nicholas Abbey offer tastings and tours, recommending that you spend at least 2 - 3 hours if you take the tour of the property (highly recommended!!). Lunch, tea and snacks are also available at the onsite cafe. This distillery produces exceptional rum and is highly worth a visit.
