Check out Guacara on Avenida Mirador Sur in Santo Domingo. It's the largest club in the DR and is located in a giant bat cave. I went there over 15 years ago and I believe it's still going strong.

If you go by La Guacara Taina (disco) you could stop for dinner before at El Meson de la Cava (a restaurant on a cave) very close by each other...a bit expensive but a memorable experience!
