Check out the Columbia near Amalie arena. Great food and service. Outside seating is available as well. Pet friendly outside. Overlooks the river.

Cigar City is a local brewery in Tampa, they have a tasting room that is definitely worth checking out. My favorite restaurant in Tampa is Sarione, which is a Korean restaurant off of Dale Mabry. I'll check with some friends about potential streetart spots.

Seems like the Street Art culture is more easily found in St. Pete than in Tampa.
