Try cave tours?! You will do a little hikes up to the cave entrance and gear up. It’s fun and interesting experience if you’re not afraid of darkness or dealing with slight claustrophobic.
There is a great day hike behind the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel that starts just off the golf course and goes up the ridge of Rundle Mountain. It’s a whole day but the views are worth it.
