I would most definitely get out to some hiking trails and some “forest bathing”. But without transportation I’m not sure how you’ll get out to the trail heads.
My fave restaurant in Banff is the Coyote Southwestern Grill. If it’s still on the menu the sour cream pie is outstanding.
