I just had breakfast at Cevicheria Esmeralda. It was just a simple American breakfast with scrambled eggs, bread, coffee, juice, jam, and butter. It's hard to screw this up. The juice with Papaya and Banana was delicious. The hostess/server was very friendly. Price: 12 soles. The breakfasts on the Malecón/Esplanade in Paracas cost between 10 and 15 soles. Expensive by Peru standards, but still cheap for many travellers. #breakfast #cheap-eats
