A great dive for a tasty breakfast or lunch is the Hay Market. I grew up going to the best dives around and saw the potential from the moment I walked through the bar to get to the restaurant. The Hay Market was filled with locals all snuggled next to each other, like old friends chatting over coffee. There were your typical and not so typical items on the breakfast menu. My love for Philly cheese steaks triggered me to order the Philly Omelet. That’s exactly what I got! Just like any great place on the east coast, this Philly was filled with peppers, onions, and thin seasoned beef along with swiss cheese.
