Otto’s Shrunken Head is a tiki bar and music venue that has somehow avoided becoming tacky or a tourist hotspot. With a South Pacific theme, brightly colored puffer fish lanterns hang above the bar and a wide variety of Tiki mugs hold their tropical drinks (these can be kept for a deposit).
