A dramatic drift through Botany Bay where it empties out into the Pacific, the Leap is only doable at high tide, when the current drifts in the direction of the exit (a rock platform known as the Steps). The beautiful reef near the start of the dive drops to 22m and is fish city. However, the shallower, sandy area is where thick kelp provides camouflage for a true ocean legend. The incredible weedy seadragon is found only in a scattering of spots in south-eastern Australia, this being one of them. #scubadiving #scuba #dive #diving #wildlife
