4 Charles Prime Rib is technically a steak house but it is one of the best burgers in NYC. You will have to put in a little work to get it however. It is quite difficult to get a reservation here, so unless you love eating at 10pm, you are going to need to plan ahead. That being said, it’s totally worth it.
