Marble Hill Park
A picturesque Palladium style building positioned at the end of spacious green nestles close to the banks of The Thames. Until 2006 the 66 acres of parkland hosted music events including appearances by Westlife. It seems that this whole district of London was once enriched by music legends especially given the rich focus of music debuts on Eel Pie Island a furlong upriver! The attraction about Marble Hill Park however are its access points. At first glance it could almost be a tad deceiving which side of the park you're standing given similarly equal areas of grass which face Marble Hill House itself. The house and cluster of trees encompassing it slice the park in two and if it wasn't for that you'd almost be able to see the entire park in a shot. #free #history #views
