Generally speaking, New Yorkers are not thrilled with anything associated with Los Angeles. What can we say... it’s the old “east coast/west coast” competition. However, Sugarfish just may be one acception. This is a Los Angeles based chain (but don’t let the word “chain” fool you) and it’s amazing. The fish is amazingly fresh and most importantly, won’t break the bank! Waits can be long here, but lunch is pretty manageable if you arrive early.
