The first time I ate here I got sick as a dog, but not because there was anything wrong with their phenomenal dairy-free ice cream offerings. Quite the opposite, this long deprived vegan foolishly thought that I could handle my first massive banana split in years and kept digging in long past the point of maximum stomach expansion.. This place easily has the best vegan ice cream in the city, the salted caramel is absolutely divine. Van Leeuwen has three locations in Brooklyn and a couple in Manhattan. Indulge responsibility!
