Positioned on the humming 1 Maja, Niebo w gębie is one of many authentic restaurants serving hearty, well prepared grub. Around the establishment are chic metal posters with references to food, canvas ceiling and vintage ski equipment. I nose dived into their moreish cabbage soup with smoked ribs and extremely toothsome pierogi ruskie. The dumplings are akin to Russian dumplings, and while a little heavy, have smooth texture which were consistent in every mouthful.
