Inside the gated community of Hacienda Iguana, you’ll find the heavy beach break of Panga Drops. This break is one of Nica’s most consistent wave as it tends to hold a fairly decent swell size that can be easily surfed all year. The waves that come out of Playa Colorado are characterized by the offshore winds that constantly spew out (dare we say it) the best barrels in the country. Waves tend to fire up in the afternoon at low tide, with a well overhead set that can produce some very hollow barrels.
