But their secret weapon is brunch. Rubaiyat uses the influence of the local Norwegian culture mixed with traditional and progressive breakfast fair. The brunch menu features waffles, quiche, a variety of benedict’s, and more. The fresh local veggie omelet I had was just that: fresh and full of veggies! The eggs were cooked perfectly, light and fluffy. But my FAV of the day was the scrumptious local Lynch bacon....mmmmmm......bacon!
