Ciudad Prehispánica de Teotihuacán
Teotihuacan is the main ruins site of near Mexico City. It was built by the Aztecs and has been pretty well preserved for tourists. You can hire a guide for an entire tour since there is not much information available once you get there. Visiting it entirely would take you about 2 hours. Buses depart for the North Terminal every 30 minutes and the entrance cost about $4. Don’t forget to bring a hat, sun screen and go in the morning to avoid the crazy Mexican sun.
