Gunnersbury Triangle Local Nature Reserve
For such a small area of natural woodland Gunnersbury Triangle attracts a wide range of flora and fauna. The 2.5 hectares of habitat is a watering hole for two types of woodpecker and blackcaps. Besides the birdlife, its here you can spot half a dozen mammals and amphibians such as toads and frogs scuttling across the walking trails. Squirrels are abound.
The nature reserve is enveloped by train tracks and is easily reached from Chiswick Park Station on the District Line.
