Hampton Court Park connects to Bushy Park just to the north in SW London. The tree studded canal, which extends off the enclosed Hampton Court Palace, makes for a perfect, quiet picnic location. The park, like with Bushy park and Richmond, is home to numerous fallow deer. Be prepared to walk a lot, especially if you want to get from one side of the park to the other.
