Double Tree by Hilton is ubiquitous throughout China and as one of the only international hotels in Jiaxing my curiosity piqued. I was given a personalised show around from the hotel manager who proudly exclaimed that the hotel had only been open for a number of months. The hotel offers guests with two sleek restaurants, an indoor pool and informal bar in the lobby. I rocked up one afternoon in order to tuck into their 'all you can eat buffet' for 200 RMB (£20).
