Four stainless steel light bulbs stacked on top of each other commemorate not only Brno's first electrically lit theatre but the whole of Europe's. The Mahen Theatre adjacent the sculpture itself has a real claim to fame. Mr. T. Edison made an appearance to Brno during his lifetime and 99 years later this sculpture raised on a pedestal shines bright every evening. #art #history #free #photography
