Although the fly camp is nowhere near this famous conservancy, it definitely sets the mood right. In fact, the site is set in a totally different conservancy – Lolldaiga Hills – some 38KMs away from the main camp. The experience starts with a 45-minute drive to the starting point of the 3-hour walk to the campsite escorted by a knowledgeable guide. The trails will take you through a stunning landscape mid-way through the 49,000 acres of wilderness. You will be treated to sights of cedar forests, open grasslands, and valleys with an amazing number of wildlife and birds. On arrival at the campsite, the camp hand and the cook are ready to spoil your taste and smell senses with tantalizing dishes preceded by a sundowner, all prepared under a starry night. After your fill, retire to a simple but comfortable small dome tent equipped with camp beds, bedrolls, chairs, and a washstand. The next morning, wake up to a beautiful sunrise – enjoy the view while taking breakfast then head out for the return trip back to the main camp to arrive in time for lunch.
