The tram up Victoria peak is worth it, amazing views up there. Go early for no line (9am-ish) but not much is open up there until 10. Grab a coffee and enjoy the views.
The Harbour foreshore area on the Kowloon side is amazing at late afternoon and evening .. lights and the sea and buildings with Victoria Peak in the background... walk the promenade and take a Star Ferry across to other side
