Attraction / Stay

I’m going to Israel/ Jordan and possibly Cyprus mid October into early November. I have a trail race October 25th near Mt Carmel I’m looking for suggestions of places to go in the northern part of Israel: we’re talking about Nazareth, Haifa, Tiberias For this area, would there be anywhere else you would suggest visiting? How long would you recommend per city?
