Head over to Albania by boat to Sarandë. There are a cornucopia of surprises including a former Greek, Roman and Byzantine colony set in a Lagoon. That's not including the miles of pristine untouched beaches just a little further north. A country extremely underrated and untouched my mass tourism. Good luck! =T
I stayed in Kalami Bay which is a beautiful, tiny, undisturbed bay in Corfu with a relaxing beach. Felt very authentic there. There are more small beaches and fishing villages in walking distance, such as Kouloura and Chouchoulio bay. Also a boat trip to Corfu Old Town shouldn't be missed!
